OtaNox is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may browse, search, track anime, and stream available titles. You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to break the service, and not to use automated tools to scrape or overload it.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may sign in with an email and password or with a supported third-party provider (Google, MyAnimeList, AniList). Don't impersonate others or create accounts to abuse the service.

OtaNox does not host, upload, or store any video content on its own servers. Metadata (titles, artwork, schedules, and related information) is sourced from public APIs such as AniList. Video playback is embedded from third-party providers. OtaNox has no control over, and takes no responsibility for, the content, availability, or accuracy of those third-party sources.

All anime, artwork, and related media are the property of their respective copyright holders. OtaNox claims no ownership over any of it.

Because OtaNox does not host the video content, takedown requests are best directed to the actual host of the material. If you believe something on OtaNox links to infringing content in a way that should be addressed, contact the maintainer via the link below and it will be reviewed.

OtaNox is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. The service may be unavailable, incomplete, or change at any time. Streams may be missing, delayed, or broken due to third-party source gaps that are outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the maintainer of OtaNox is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any third-party content accessed through it.

These terms may change as the project evolves. Continued use of OtaNox after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
